Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Design Denmark website and associated microsites. By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This site showcases and facilitates the purchase of selected products from Design Denmark, including curated collections and collaborations with international design partners.
2. General Offer Terms
All products and offers displayed on this site are subject to availability.
Design Denmark reserves the right to amend or withdraw any product, offer, or promotion at any time without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are processed securely through Shopify.
Accepted payment methods include credit card and direct bank transfer, where available.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with relevant details and an estimated delivery timeframe.
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on the site are inclusive of GST.
Shipping is included for deliveries within New Zealand unless otherwise specified.
Orders are currently only accepted for delivery within New Zealand. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and external factors beyond our control.
We use reputable shipping providers, and tracking information will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.
Design Denmark is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or other third-party factors.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty
Some products may be made to order or supplied on an indent basis. Where applicable, these orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty or not as described, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Applicable manufacturer warranties apply. Certain products are covered by a 7-year warranty provided by LIGHT-POINT. Full warranty details are available from the manufacturer.

7. Privacy and Data Security
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Order processing is facilitated through Shopify, and communications may be sent via Mailchimp where you have opted in to receive updates or marketing messages.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not share it with third parties except where required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Design Denmark is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays in delivery or supply caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to display settings or manufacturing processes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, imagery, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Design Denmark and its respective partners, including Studio F. A. Porsche.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
